Being an athlete my entire life, I understand the importance of fitness, training and staying healthy. While playing baseball in college I developed the drive and intrinsic motivation to train hard and try to get the most out of my body to be at the top of my game. As a trainer I take the same approach to my clients an athletes.

- Played Division 1 baseball in college

I believe that variety in training coupled with consistency is the key to success. My emphasis is on injury prevention and sport specific training as well as overall fitness and weight loss. I believe that activity-specific training can not only turn someone into a better athlete, but also improve overall fitness and quality of life. My passion lies in giving clients hard challenging workouts-from athletes to ordinary people looking for a challenging safe workout. My talent lies in determining what muscle group set combinations will have the most impact for meeting my clients goals.
